I have wanted to do a piece like this for a long time. There is just something so charming to me about buffets. So elegant. And so functional.
We found this on at a garage sale and it is heavy. The hutch on top is removable which is convenient so you can use it for extra storage if needed.
Personally, I would probably leave it off and have plenty of room for vases of flowers and platters of food and a lamp.
I knew it would look perfect in Annie Sloan Chalk Paint’s Duck Egg. A piece like this needs to stand out in a dining room.
And now, it will.
It’s beautiful and understated.
Colorful and yet neutral.
A great spot to display your silver and a freshly-baked cake. With flowers in a milk-glass vase.
Can you tell I’m smitten?
As much as I would love to keep it, this pretty lady is for sale! Check out the store page to see if it’s available!
